Our classes are inclusive to all loving bodies.

Hatha

This is where we begin, building on the foundation of pranayama (breathing techniques) asanas (yoga postures) working in unison to achieve equilibrium in the right and left halves of the body. The intention here is to find a calming stillness from the outside-in.

Prenatal

This class is so darn special. Working with expectant mothers and guiding them to wake up sleeping and stagnant energy is a joyful experience — We all get to laugh with our full bellies and explore new ways of moving.

Yin

I’ll never forget my first yin class, the instructor looked at the class and said, “If you’re new here you may want to yell at me two minutes into our first asana, and you can…but you may also thank me later.” A few months later I sought out and added Yin Yoga Teacher to my certificates.
